When you sneeze, she'll get you a kleenex from a kleenes box and will hand it right to you. Knows shake, down, high five, wave, crawl, shoot you & you're dead, roll over, hide your face, speak, whisper, and sing

Arrival Story:
I went to the humane society to find a dog, and I was very partial to boxers. Chesney was at the shelter and had been attacked by another dog. So, she was scared of all the other dogs there that had indoor/ outdoor runs. I'd walk outside and all the dogs would run outside- and she'd run inside. If I went inside, they all ran inside and she ran outside...so my mom spotted her when she was still outside and I was in the building. I met Chesney and fell in love with her right then and there. The staff working forgot to tell me about her dog issues, and I was informed that the next day when I was doing her adoption paperwork. I'm thankful to this day that I didn't let any apprehension get in my way, because she is an AWESOME dog.

Bio:
"Oh no-- my liver!" Chesney has some kind of liver disease...keep her in your prayers... She is so friendly and loves people. She volunteers as an unoffical 'theraepy dog' at a nursing home here and town and I think she'd go there everyday if she could because she's that in love with people. Having a dog that doesn't really like other dogs she doesn't really know really isn't a bad thing...I would have missed out on a chance of a lifetime if I let that get in my way. Chesney loves to dress up in outfits- pretty much any outfit because she likes to be told she's pretty & that she's a good girl. Due to Chesney's liver problems I started baking all natural treats...and then started selling them at www.chesneyschoices.com
