Arrival Story:
We got Astra for my parent's anniversary. My mom had wanted to get a dog so we started to look around at the humane society. We saw a pure white Siberian Husky up for adoption but we didn't want to get her right away without research. So we went home and researched and the next day we were going to go get her. She had already been adopted though so my mom was fixed on getting a white Husky. After months of searching we found one available in San Antonio, 5 hours away. We packed up and left on a Friday and got her. We picked the runt of the litter because she was the one getting picked on. She had a rash under her mouth as well. So we bought her and took her home. Molly immediately took her under her wing, or err...paw. We nursed Astra back to health and now she is rash free and healthy!

Bio:
She is very mischievous! She has a high prey drive and has eaten a few wild animals including birds and mice. (Eww, I know) She is such a cuddle bug though and loooves to get scritches on her neck. She absolutely has to sleep on a rug or bed or couch. She doesn't like to sleep on the plain tile. She is a spoiled little girl but we love her all the same!
