Arrival Story:
My present owner picked me up from the pound on January 15th 2000. I was turned in the day after christmas. And was brought in muzzled chained. My previous owner told them I was mean all the way around. I was laying flat on the concrete just watching everybody walk by. While all the other dogs were barking because it was lunch time. My new owner is the BEST, She loves me! I couldn't have asked for a better owner!
Bio:
The pound told me she was about a year and half. When I took her to the vet they told me she is prolly 8 if not older.

Saved my Life:
A couple months after I saved her life from the pound she saved mine. We were on a walk and this guy in camo's and a big fishing hat walking the other direction asked if he could pet her. Of course I said yes she loved people. When he got close Bobbie backed up and put one of her back feet on my shoe and her tail and ears went up and she started growling she wouldn't get off my shoe till he was almost 3 blocks away. She knew there was something wrong with him. And she hasn't growled at another soul since.

Today my mom set me free.. I had not been acting right for a few days and then yesterday I was peeing blood. Long story short my spleen was the size of a softball and the only option was surgery. Plus when they did x-rays they discovered I had a bad back and kidneys. Well Im too old for surgery and my mom decided it wouldn't be fair to put me thru that. Considering they don't really know how old I am. My mom made the heartbreaking desicion to set me free last nite.She let me go at 2:30 pm this afternoon. I want my mom to know I love her and Im not hurting no more... I will be waiting up her thanks for almost 12 yrs mom. This january i would have been with mom 12 yrs. angel kisses Bobbie

Hi everydog! Sorry its been awhile. Its been crazy here! Alot going on. But I thought I would write a diary entry and say life is going great. My age is catching up with me thou. I have 2 bad hips and 2 bad knees and some days are worse than others. Somedays you cannot even tell. I'm on fish oil capsules and Glucousemine for my joints. Im still living with my mommie and now Bentley and I have a sisfur Brandy and she is still scared of me but I still love her. Mom is back working for whataburger the vet clinic didn't work. My mom will get new pictures up of me very soon. Love Bobbie

My mom and I just found out the my lil sis Sammy who we placed in a home in Febuary, died of cancer on Friday August 10th,2007. Our thoughts and prayers are with her mom and dad and all her brothers and sisters. We also will miss lil Sammy. We had known her since she was 2 months old. God Bless you my lil sis. You will be deeply missed but always remembered. I LOVE YOU SAMMY!!! With deepest sympathes Bobbie
