Arrival Story:
Cecil was rescued by a group called STARS that my uncle is involved in. He brought him to my mom's house several years ago and we fell in love with him and his stick-out tongue. At that time, he was chewing on a small rawhide stick. and when he stopped and looked up at us, he looked like a wrinkled old man with a cigarette sticking out of his mouth. We knew he was ours at that moment.
Bio:
Cecil is a very good-natured, happy-go-lucky dog. He loves everyone-dogs and people. He will lick you to death is he gets a chance. Some of the funniest things he does are: tucking his rear-end in and running really fast in circles when he gets excited, jumping straight up and twisting in the air while making a little turkey noise, and smiling up at you with his bottom teeth sticking out (hence the nickname "Teethil").
