I just found out it's german shorthaired pointer month on dogster.... we'll i'm impressed. i've been busy here in alvin, texas with my family of black labs and mom and dad. it's squirrel chasing time and yes, we have a pecan tree in the middle of the back yard to attract those quick little varmits. boy boy are we having fun. i've been very healthy after last year's battle with those pesky heartworms. healthy and happy, i say. i get special kisses everyday from mom and my matthew sometimes takes me on special trips. things are great. i have my own room and we have lots of toys outside, i have to stay away from our cat though because mom knows i used to hunt them for fun a long time ago. i as still a sweet boy though. happy gsp week you guys... scout

april

i had a hard year, i lived by myself most of my life, no one ever really trained me to listen and didn't pay much attention to me... but in april i got to go live with my new mom and dad and they took real good care of me,,, first i got a bath and some flea medicine, stuff for my ears to get rid of the bugs that made me scratch like crazy and then i got my shots and they did something terrible to my private area... oh well,,, i'm living at a nice home where i have my own crate and 3 friends, too. my new mom and dad were so upset to find out i had heartworms, but they took great care of me and it's all better now and i'm on medicine every month along with my flea medicine..... i get 2 meals a day and treats if i'm good and i get to sleep inside at night, sometimes in bed with my mom and friends. boy, life has gotten a lot better for me lately.
