He used mind control on us.
Bio:
Merlin was born in Utah. Some bad person left him tied to a fence at a young age. He was rescued and taken to the Best Friends Shelter where he was given the name "Rocky" due to his punching play style. He signed up for a foreign exchange student program and was imported to the SF SPCA. We adopted him and named him "Merlin". Merlin has lots of scars beneath his coat and we're not sure if they are from dogs or people or both. He fears specific breeds of dogs. If you are a puppy looking for a playmate, you can forget it. We are working very hard to help him adjust to life. He is doing a great job.
