Arrival Story:
We adopted Lucy from the Anti-Cruelty shelter. She was already six years old and had been badly abused. She was so skinny, shy and sad when we first got her. She didn't even seem to know how to play with toys. The ones that we first bought her sat around the house for the better part of a year before she started to learn how to play with them. Of course, now we can't get her to settle down! She's such a great pal.
