Arrival Story:
Elvis came to me from a breeder who had kept him till he was 6 months old, because she wanted to find a good home for him, as he had a serious heart murmur and was not expected to live past a few years old. I got Elvis and took him to a Canine Cardiologist and they discovered a hole in his heart, which was causing the murmur. He had open heart surgery in June of 2003 and is now doing wonderfully and has a full life expectancy of a Yorkie. He came to me so tiny and frail, less than 2 lbs. at 6 months, and is now a little less than 3 lbs. at 1 year, but he's healthy and happy and is a very special boy. Everyone who meets him adores him.

Bio:
Elvis is doing great and has not had any health problems at all! He loves his new sister and they play and play.
