Summer Time!

Beautiful weather is here! I enjoy relaxing in the sun in my back yard all afternoon! My Birthday is coming up soon (the big TWO years old!) and one of my presents will be a bath and hair cut, because I'm starting to look a little shaggy! =)

Christmas time is here!

Grandma is knitting me new Christmas sweaters to keep me warm during this holiday season! The weather has been unusually mild for a Canadian winter... I hope we get more snow soon! Playing in the snow is one of my favourite things!! =)

Growing up...

It's almost summer time, and I'm loving the warm and sunny weather. This winter was lots of fun, Grandma knit me Christmas sweaters to keep me warm outside. Sometimes if I went outside without my sweater on, my family couldn't see me because I blended in with the snow! Lately I've been visiting Grandma at the beach, and I love sitting in the sand and running along the water. I love my back yard - that is definitely my favourite place, because we have lots of trees and a deck where I can "keep the lookout" on everything. I've been making lots of new friends around the neighbourhood - I'm very friendly towards all dogs and people too. We're not sure how I am around cats yet, but we'll find that out someday too. My family says that I'm sort of like a cat, because I climb up on the couches and I sit up in the front window all the time. I'm behaving very well and my family is very proud of me. We are looking forward to a very fun summer together!

My new home!

Well I've just been taken to my new home and introduced to my new family! The car ride home was very long, but I was good and slept most of the way. I got to explore outside for the very first time... I've never walked on grass before! It felt weird on my paws and I had trouble walking at first. My family thought this was pretty cute. By 10 pm I was exhausted because it had been a very busy day for me. I fell right asleep and didn't stir all night. The next morning, I was a bit confused in my new home and missed my Mom and brother and sister. I clung to the blankey that smells like Mom. But then we had company over, lots of family and friends came to see me! It was very exciting and I think they all loved me. I'm such a charmer! I wonder how my brother and sister are doing... no one has called to claim my brother yet... I hope he finds a nice family!!
