Food and toys that spit out food
Having a blanket thrown over her, crows, bees, being forced to exercise
her orange ball that spits out treats as she rolls it
Fromm, baby carrots, turkey, hot dogs
to the food bowl, nature walks are kinda cool too, because she gets to chase the crows
sit, speak, down, wait
Myan was adopted as a companion for my daughter, but she turned out not to be as playful as we hoped. But instead of being an energetic ball of playfullness, she has proven to be an important family. Twice she has protected us from harm. Once from a dog that was off leash and attempted to attack my daughter and I and another time she chased off someone who tried to break into our house.
She was dumped at the shelter twice. Once for simply being a year and a half and no longer a puppy. And another time because she "snapped" at one of the foster parent's children who was terrorizing her. We were her last chance and she turned out to be a blessing and has never shown aggression to our family. The family that said she "snapped" are no longer allowed to foster and adopt. They did that all the time. Got a dog, said it snapped, and it was a perfectly good dog. It was the kids and not the dog.

Yesterday, my mom decides it was time for us to take a nice long walk. I'll be the first to say, exercise stinks. But mom insisted. I had thought we were taking our normal, around the small block walk that takes 5 minutes, but when we reached the intersection to go right, she took us left. We walked all the way to the park, mom, Willow, and I. Willow tried to show me up the whole way. She's use to that walking business because she was feral, but I am proud of my house dog status. So we finally make it to the park and I can't believe it! Half a dozen crows have taken over the park. Just totally taken over it! I'd have NONE of it. With a burst of energy that shocked my mom, I dragged her and Willow after me to chase off those menaces. I showed them! *snorts*
Then we found a shady spot and had some ice cold water and took a nap. Before we left for the walk home, my mom actually wet me...The nerve. Willow of course, as always, Mommy's Girl, acted like she loved it. Show off. We started home and wouldn't you know it. Those crows came back. One of them tried to show me up and wouldn't budge till I was nearly on top of it. I almost got him! Ha! My mom kept complaining of her shoulder after that. Not sure why. So we made it home. Some how I did it. And we got Dogster's Ice Cream as a cool treat. Can't beat that.
Oh no....She's talking about another walk tomorrow?! *runs to hide under the covers*
