Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
Likes: Snuggling, being chased by her Bull Mastiff friend Penny, the dog park, when we have foster dogs she can play with

Pet-Peeves: thunderstorms, dogs barking on TV, doorbells, intact male dogs (I can instantly tell if a dog is not neutered by her reaction)

Favorite Toy: Any stuffed animal that can be quickly gutted and shredded, or any toy that another dog in the house may have! She also views her sister as a big chew toy and plays the game, "Look! I can put your whole head in my mouth!"

Favorite Food: Canned Alpo right off the spoon and tomatoes

Favorite Walk: Off leash on a trail with her friend Buddy, a Husky mix or on the Appalachian Trail with Aunt Melissa. When her backpack comes out, she FREAKS!!

Best Tricks: Sometimes when she's excited, she'll do them all for you at once! She knows: sit, down, paw, other paw and stay.

Arrival Story: Stella was set to be euthanized the day we adopted her. As soon as we saw her we were in love. I sat down on the floor, and she instantly snuggled up on my lap, a 55 pound lap dog. We were hooked. We took her home with us and it was later we were told that she had two hours left to live when we adopted her. We now volunteer with that rescue group and Stella is the perfect foster sister to dogs and cats alike!

Bio: Stella has two sisters who are both cats - Digit and KitKat. She wants more than anything to groom them, but they won't let her, so she loves it when her mommy fosters kittens and she can lick and lick. I often find foster cats sopping wet!
Stella's sister, Sasha, was "supposed" to be a foster, but we were too in love to part with her. The two were best buds until Sasha passed away the spring of 2006. We were all very sad, but not as sad as Stella. She began to obsessively groom Kit Kat, who had a number of bald patches from Stella. We adopted Sophie in July of 2006 and all is well!

My mommy took me, that screaming little thing that came to our house 3 months ago and my sister Sophie to the place they call "The Vet" this morning. It was bad enough that I had to go, but my mom thinks it's pretty amusing that I shiver and shake when I'm there. She calls me a chicken, which I think may be some sort of an insult. To top it off, there was this other hound there named Cliff. He was red. Get it? Why do humans do that? Anyway, Cliff had a nice dominant streak and I think he wanted to hump me because I was scared.
Now it's raining. This is potentially the worst day of my life.
