Arrival Story:
My daddy is a big guy, & he wanted a big pup!! (like me!) So my very smart Mommy called our vet who recomended a Great Pyrs! & hooked them up with the rescue group who had me!
The nice lady who was my foster mommy got in touch with my mommy & daddy & they drove to Nashville to get me... It was love at first sight!! I took my daddy for a walk around the block while Mom signed the adoption papers! (I have issues with the lead but I'm learning!)
On the drive back home we stopped to potty & that is when Mom realized how much attention I get,,, a big beautiful fluffy girl like me, everyone likes to pet me!! Now I'm at my forever home with people who love me...
Bio:
We really don't know alot about her first 2 years, due to the rescue situation, but she is so sweet & laid back, all she wants is a little love & some one to hide behind when it storms. She has issues with men, someone has been very mean to her in her past... but we're working on it!! She is about 20 lbs underweight so we're working on putting a little weight on her & working on a little obedience stuff...

I got to go for a ride with my Mom in the Jeep this evening!! I got so excited I could hardly hold still to get strapped in (safety first, always wear your seatbelt) We went to the fire hall to vist with some of Mom's friends while Dad taught a First responder class! I got to sit in the fire truck, (Yup, Mom forgot her camera & anyway, she's having a hard time editing the pic's she already has to get them to fit on the web site, computer savy is not my Mommy's game!!)
We stopped on the way home & had dinner at the subway, I love outside tables!!

I joined today! I'm a happy, lucky girl... Here's me story...
I was owned by a lady who didn't realize how much love & attention I took (abunch) & would tie me out on a cable all day in the summer heat. This lady gave me up to a Great Pyr Rescue... where my mommy & daddy found me!! (ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO)
Now I have a forever home!! I'm learning my manners, like how to walk on a leash... & learning to trust men, I've got some work to do, but we'll make it as a family!!
