Arrival Story:
My best friend owns Buttercups mom Daisy, as a condition of her contract from the breeder Daisy had to have at least one litter so he could have the pick (stupid huh?). I had just bought my own house and wanted a friend for Athena. Buttercup was my birthday/Christmas gift that year and was the best present ever!!

Bio:
Buttercup was the sweetest most gentle dog. I foster kittens and she was always so sweet with them, letting them crawl all over her and giving them kisses. She was my soulmate and there will never be another like her. When she ended up with horrible cancer with virtually no warning and had to go to the bridge only 3 1/2 weeks after my GSD Athena I was devistated, she wasn't quite 5 1/2 yrs old and had so much life left to live. It was the worst day of my life :(
