Looking Down

I look down on my family and I can see them and their new little girl, Maisie. I hope they understand that although they are sad that I had to leave them, they couldn't have has Maisie while I was still with them and she needed all the love that they have for their animals. Maisie is so happy and she can't believe how much they love her and care for her.

I still come down sometimes to watch them in the house and sometimes Maisie notices me and barks a lot but each time she gets less frightened. I hope she knows I'm just doing my job. After all, angels are there to keep an eye on things, aren't they?
