Arrival Story:
We rescued Jodi from the same rescue as her brother. We decided Elvis needed a sister after having him for about 6 months. She was just under a year old, heart worm positive and had already had a litter. She didn't like us or Elvis much once we got home. However, after going through heart worm treatment, Elvis taught her how to be a puppy. It has taken about 4 months but she finally trusts us. Jodi requires much more patience than Elvis. She isn't as easy to train and I often say I haven't killed her because I love her. I can't turn my back on her but she sure does keep us laughing.
