Turkey day thanks!

It's Thanksgiving day soon, and as always I would like to give thanks and here are 7 of my most thankful things ever:
1) I'm Thankful and very happy to have been picked out of a litter of 13 pups!
2) I'm Thankful for my little sister Dazee.
3) I'm Thankful for my special food my pawrents provide, and water as well.
4) I'm Thankful for the long walks mom and dad takes us on, WOOFS!
5) I'm Thankful for a cozy, warm bed at night.
6) I'm Thankful for tons of homemade treats, (thanks mom).
7) And last but not least, I'm thankful for my friends on Dogster(especially FatBoy's Place)! Your the bestest pups ever!

My 6th Woofday today :o)

Hi every pup!
Today was my 6th Woofday and I just have a few thank you's to hand out and would like to start out wiff my mom and dad for picking me out of a litter of 13 puppies 6 years ago!!! Thats right, they picked little old me out of 13 other puppies and they just had to have me! As I was the most beautiful one there and had the prettiest pink nose ever and still do to this day *WINKS*! I also would like to thank all my furriends at FatBoys place for making me feel so very special and very loved in deed! We had a Disney pawrty and we all were different Disney characters! Boy was it fun :o) Thanks guys and gals for making my special day that much more special :o) Now for my Stars, Rosettes, Pawresents and my Pic's. Otto,Ratty, LuLa , Duke and Sammy's mom did such a grrrrrreat job on all of our pic's and they get a BIG HUG from Sweet Old ME :o) Love you guys, FARTS and all!!! BOL :-) My pawresents that came as far away as Florida and South Carolina, WOW was my dad impressed wiff what ya all sent me and said he sure hopes you remember his Birthday next year HEHEHE :--) From my Bones to my Treats, to my Barkday Cards!!! You all ROCK!!! Now my little sis Dazee got me the cutest whackyest Quacking Duck I have ever saw! It sounds like a real Duck quacking , BOL :-) I'm sleeping wiff it tonight! Mom and Dad got me and Dazee each a Bratty Cats Dog Toy! I got the one called 'Cranky Cat" and Dazee got the one " Hissy Cat" fits her to a "T"!!! HEHE :-) They both look like cats and Squeek too, one is hot pink and the other is turquiose blue! Mom also got me some dog treats that look just like real Hot Dogs that are all natural so they won't hurt my tender tummy, boy are they good too :o) We got a steak for supper mixed in our regular food, and oh what a treat it was :o) :o) We each got a vanilla cup cake special made from my mom and let me tell you they were DELISH!!! O hyes we had Frosty Paws as well!!! YEA BABY they were so good!!! To bad Barkdays don't come around more often uh? Buy any hoo we had a great day that started off wiff a Hike on the trail where we ran into a field trip of school kids and they were so nice and they got to pet us and we were very good for mom and dad and we heeled right beside them as we got petted!!! So thank you every woof for making my Barkday a very special one and guess what else? My moms Birthday was today and we shared it together, pretty neat uh?

SNOW!

YAY!!! We finally got snow this winter! Me and my lil sister Dazee have been waiting for snow it seems like for ever and we finally got some over the weekend. And boy have we been playing in it like there is never a tomorrow! We played fetch in it with that yellow ball mom calls a 'softball" but that thing is really hard??? But we had fun any way. And mom says we need to go in and take a lil nappy poo and rest up so we can come back out later and play hide and seek and play some more fetch! Just a lil note, momma says not to eat the "YELLOW SNOW"! It is not a snow cone!!! BOL, BOL :o) Need to rest now, Barks at ya all! Georgia and Dazee :o)

Birhtday #5

Yup I made it to Big Birthday #5!!! Can you believe that? My poppa could not wait to get up and go get me and my momma a present! He left and was gone what seemed like forever. He came back with arms load of goodies for me and my momma and Dazee too! Treats galore, toys and 2 of those funny round flat toys you humans call firsbees! You see me and my momma share a special day. It's "OUR" Birthday today. Of course shes older than me! HAHAHA momma :o) But no matter what shes my momma and I'm her Big Baby Grrlll! She does all kind of nice things for me and my stinker of a sissy. She toook me and "ME" alone to the " DOGS NIGHT OUT" at the frozen custard place the other night and boy was there all kind of hunky looking puppys, big dogs and all kinds of SASSY lilttle dogs with dresses, skirts and funny grrll things on. We had found us a nice place to sit and we ate our frozen custard me my vanilla w/a bone on top as always and momma her chocolate, YUMMY it was :o) Boy then we walked around and met all of the 300 plus dogs and puppies there. I'm just a beautiful social butterfly and I love to be around other animals and other humans. I'm thankful my momma took me and spent some quality time with me, cause I needed it :-) Shes the BEST that a dog could ask for in a momma. Oh how I love the my Christmas Tree!

Well its another Christmas in this house hold. And yes my momma has put up what she calls a tree! And she puts these silly things she calls ornaments on our christmas tree. Some of them taste good and well some of them taste not so good. There was this one that looked just like a apple, but it sure did not taste like one, it even turned my mouth real red! I don't know why my momma tempts me like she does with those silly looking things she calls ornaments, but she does. Now lil sissy goes for the ones that break real easy and you can hear those when they fall off the tree. She's a lil fart, but I do LOVE my lil sissy she teases me every chance she gets. She keeps me busy and we play so much sometimes we just drop and pass out!!! I wish my momma knew how to put our new Christmas pictures out so everyone could see them, but she does not know how too or has not figured it out yet! Well from this Labrador here in cold Indiana my lil sister Dazee and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year to come! Woof Woof :-) Georgia

Mommas going on a vacation!

Hi all, Well my momma decided it was time for her take a break from her kids and go on a vacation. Shes going down to Florida with her sisters and try and have a good time. You see this is my mommas first time away from me since she got me over 4 years ago. Shes been there with me when I was sick and when I want to go out to play and to potty and to eat my good girl food. Shes a good momma she takes me and my little sister Dazee for rides in the van. We go every where , we go shopping, to the grocery store, to the mall, or even out to the resivoir and we go get wet! Thats fun :) ! So you see this won't be easy on myself and my little sister Dazee, in which she has not left her either since she got her. Well momma I hope you have a good time, because we plan on keeping daddy on his toes and make him take us long walks on the cardinal greenway, on top of driving him crazy!!! WOOF WOOF :) So stay away from those things they call hurricanes and come home to me, dazee and daddy real soon. We WUV YOU MOMMA :) See you in a week. Therapy Dog Testing

Well Momma its that day. The day you promised me you would make me into a Therapy Dog, so I could go to the hospitals and into the nursing homes to greet and to love on people give lots of free hugs and very wet kisses!!! It came 6:30 Saturday morning 9-17-05 very bright and early,(Iwas not ready to get out of bed yet either!) We got up and went out side to potty and then we came back in and ate our "GOOD GIRL FOOD". Thats what my mommas calls it, and believe me I know exactly what that word means too. You see, have I mentioned I am smart as heck ? Boy I just go in circles waiting for her to get my good girl food ready for me and my little sister (what a brat). So we eat and I go back out to potty again. Then I'm ready to go BYE BYE, with out my little sister. I hardly ever get to spend any more alone time with my momma since my little sister came along, but I love her any ways :) We are here momma we are here as I wag and wag my tail til it hits my mom in the face and brings tears to her eyes. Oh and she said I was going to have calm down or we were not going any where (meany). We get up to the desk and meet all kinds of friends and I smell all kinds of butts (yuk) momma says. The time comes for me to get into the ring and show my stuff... Going real good till they had a person on a walker hollar at me and grabbing me where I did not want to be grabbed and it scared me right in between my mommas legs like a big scaredy cat. They made me go through that part of the test 4 times, I went through it the 1st and 2nd times ok and then the 3rd and 4th is when they really put the pressure on me!!! It got me real afraid, so from then on I did not mind my mom at all. I could not believe that she would put me through such stuff. But by the end of the test , they broke the news to my momma, I was not ready yet to go see people in the hospitals and in the nursing homes. I could tell my momma was upset. I could see those salty water drops on her face, and I just cleaned them off for her. They said to work with me a little bit more and come back in March of 2006 and take the test over again. So that was that. I know I will work extra hard for her come March next year. And I will make my momma very, very proud of me. Til then I have got to go to bed and get me some good girl sleep, for I am teird and very sleepy. Thanks momma for the expeirence, I'll do better next time. I'll make you proud!WUV U MOMMA, GEORGIA
