Giving hugs by placing his head on your shoulder and his paws on either side of you while you sit in a chair, actually covering his ear with his paw and rolling on his side when getting told to get off the furniture
Arrival Story:
Major and his sister were for adoption through a shelter; he had been there since he was first born. He was very depressed when I met him as his sister had just been adopted. I was told he was a sheepdog/lab mix and was 8 months old and 35 lbs. Turns out he was barely 3 months old and already that big! But, he was lovable and just blossomed after I brought him home.
Bio:
Major is somewhat of an idiot savant. He is able to figure out how to open cabinets in the kitchen to get into food that may be in there, but he also has peed on people sitting in the grass at the dog park. He's also a bit skittish about various things: stairs, people wearing sunglasses, and big groups of people.
