We rescued her from a local shelter. She was extreamly skiddish but my mom and I knew she would get over it. My best friend adopted the sister of my dog and she named her Zoey. The story of how Zoey became ours is in Zoeys profile.
Bio:
At the shelter, Chloe was with her sister and brother. I would've adopted her brother also, but he was too hyper.
