Arrival Story: I fell in love with her picture online. She was labeled "Prettygirl pap" and I couldn't get her out of my mind. I even considered other dogs but kept coming back to her. It was meant to be, what can I say? She is my best friend and my pretty baby girl.
Bio: I was born in Kansas (like Toto). Mama says she saw my picture on the computer and had to have me. I flew to Los Angeles on a rainy night. I was so scared! As soon as I landed I met Mama, who took me out of my crate. I wouldn't let go of her the whole way home! She says she couldn't even get a good look at me because I wouldn't let her go. It's been that way ever since.

Naila, my love, what can I say? After years and years of longing for the "perfect" dog and researching the "perfect" breed, I have finally found you. I was not prepared for getting so much more than I wanted...
When people tell me how much time I have evidently spent with you because you are well trained I can only think and say it is you who makes me look good because of your brilliance. You are beautiful and you are loving. You are intelligent and you make me happier than I ever would have thought. I hate the fact that, because you are canine and I, human, that you will not live as long. But I can tell you that there will always be a huge gaping hole in my heart should I ever lose you! And to think that I almost did!
Thank you for coming into my life and being the best dog I could ask for. I can only hope that someday, I will be as great as you think I already am.
Yeah, I know! I'm always late to update my diary but, you see, I'm all better now and all about running around and playing! I've been soooo busy! I have alot of time to make up for since I've been sick. People to lick, doggie butts to sniff.... you know how it is.
Anyhoot, my grandma came to visit me two weeks ago and she must have been good luck because when I went in on Saturday (two weeks ago) the vet said I didn't need any more bandages! He gave Mama some topical stuff to rub on my wounds. At the time, my side had closed and I had an eeny opening on my back. We went back this past Saturday and everything is closed! I am officially "whole" again! My wagger's been waggin' ever since!
Mama and Daddy bought the vet's office some See's chocolates and a card to show their appreciation (and mine). You should have seen how fast they cracked that box open! BOL! The GREAT news is that I've been able to get out and about and the parents have been taking me everywhere! Oh, and I don't have to go back to the vet's for three more weeks! I'm a little bald on the side and my back but my fur is growing back. Right now I get to wear cute shirts but I DON'T appreciate the one I got that says "Spoiled"! What's that supposed to mean Mama?
