To run ALL over the house, non stop.
The vacuum cleaner.
My sister, Rancho.
To pick just one... I can't. Everything is just so yummy!
Anywhere surrounded by people to play with.
Dancing around in circles for my greenie.
We decided to go to the mall to watch a movie, but we got there kind of early. So, we walked around, and of course my partner had to go into the pet store (she loves to torture herself, looking at the dachshunds). There happened to be the cutest little dapple, black and tan female. Naturally, we had to take her out, she was so cute and cuddly. I always say "NO" to getting another dog when my partner asks, but she was just so adorable I said "YES". My partner wasn't expecting that, and was thrown for a loop. Well, we never did make it to the movies that day, instead we took home our precious Pepper (Chini).
They call me shaky-butt...whenever I get excited (which is all the time), my bottom shakes. And then my mommies say "shaky-butt", and as much as I try for it not to, it just shakes even faster. They think it's so funny and cute!

Our mommies took us to this wonderful place today, and I had a blast! There was all this soft, grainy stuff surrounding us and under my paws. Mommy called it “sand”, I didn't care what it was called. All I knew was that there were hidden morsels of goodness under that stuff, and I was going to find it. Momma kept telling me not to eat it, but there was no way of stopping once I was on a mission. My snout was covered in sand, it was all over…up my nose, in my eyes, and of course all over the insides of my mouth. I loved it!
Then there were these other doggies roaming the “sand”, and wanting to visit with Rancho and I. Sissy didn't like that idea very much at first (she gets very protective of our mommies and me), but they just wanted to say “hi” and “welcome to the club”. After all of us sniffed each other as a friendly hello, they went back to play by the water with their mommies and daddies. Rancho and I both agreed though, the water was not for us. It kept trying to taunt us to play by crashing on the shore and rushing up to us, but “no thank you” was what we said. I can't wait till we go back, and I can get more hidden morsels :)

Now, for my story of how I suckered...oh, I mean found my new mommies. :)
I was wandering around my cage, eagerly waiting for dinner to be passed out to us puppies. I wasn't paying any attention to the packs of people outside the glass, staring at all of us (you know, it's all about the food with me). Next thing I know, there are these hands coming into my cage and whisking me away from the food. Automatically, I registered that this was a possibility of new parents! So, of course I slipped into my "love me" mode, it was time to throw on the charm!
As soon as I was taken out, I was passed into the warm arms of this pretty woman with black hair. I instantly climbed up her chest so that I could shower her with wet kisses, and nibble on her fingers. Once I got to the top, there was this other pretty lady that just kept saying "awww, how cute" over and over again. Sucker! I figure they had to be falling for me, so I tried sealing the deal by pretending to fall asleep in the black haired lady's arms.
I thought I was doing so good, but the next thing I know, I am being whisked back into my cage. What did I do? I don't understand, what happened to those warm arms? I was scared that they went away, they should have been my new mommies. I was so depressed, I didn't even want to eat my dinner.
Time passed by as I stared out the glass hoping to see them again, frowning (well, as much as a pup can). Then, amazingly enough, there they were. And there were the hands again, pulling me out of my cage. "Please tell me I get to go home with them!", was all my kisses could say as I was put back into those warm arms again. Hooray!
