Arrival Story:
The grandma got me from a friend as a small puppy, and took me to the moms house. The grandma knew the moms would fall in love with me so it was kind of a trick. The moms were worried at first that I was too shy and may have some confidence issues. They were so wrong. I have more confidence than they bargained for.

Bio:
I am such a good girl. I am working on not jumping on people as a greeting. I am doing really good at it, but I am still a puppy and forget sometimes. I was very easy to train. I have never chewed on anything I wasn't supposed to, and I was potty trained very quickly. The moms can leave me inside all day and trust me to be a good girl. Although the cats dread it when I am inside. I can have an attitude as well. I test the moms by doing something bad and I see how long it will take the mom to stand up. When she does I run so she can never catch me. I am also starting to get my territorial instinct and I bark at anything that comes close to the house. For all my corral buddies, sorry I had to delete my other profile in order to get my kitty family on here. Sorry, and I hope you will corral me again.

Well I know it has been a couple of days since I have written, but I have been busy. I am currently working on a hidden tunnel outside in the backyard. I am thinking that I want it to go all the way to Tokyo. I think it will be perfect for planning my attacks on the furry kitties.

I was having fun with a new stuffed toy that was in the office. It was shaped like the filled things on the couches in the living room, but I am not allowed to touch those. The moms never told me I could not eat the stuffing in the stuffed things on the couch in the office. Well we ended up having a session with the Bitter Apple. I know better now, and have not touched them since.

I also have learned this new way of sleeping from the cats. I actually get on the back of the couch to sleep, just like the furry cats do. I don't think it is the most comfortable way of sleeping, but it makes the moms laugh.

OH! I am also trying to learn frisbee. I like jumping to get it out of the moms hand when she is holding it, but she wants me to catch it when it is being thrown to me. This makes no sense. Why would I catch it in the air when it works fine when I pick it up off the ground?

Those dang cats!

I KNEW IT! The Kirby cat spilled the beans. I knew he would if I bribed him with those great tasting kitty treats. He told me that all the furry cats were involved in me getting spayed. Toby headed up the meeting and then Henry, of all kitties, was the one that set up the appointment. I should have known by his guilt when I came home. He kissed me on my nose when I was whining from pain. Well I showed them that I would not be defeated. I chased them all night long and would not let up. I am not supposed to be running around, but I can not let those cats know that I am wounded in any way.
I guess the moms felt that me chasing the cats was a sign of me feeling better and not just me acting for the cats. So they created a new game which is new on my pet peeves. It's called the dress up game, and the moms just LOVE this game. I almost threw up and not from the surgery either, but from disgust. The moms just laughed and laughed, and even did the flasher thing. I have to make sure this never happens again.

Fooling the mommies!

The mommies were giving me so much love and attention last night and I was just soaking it up. They would come give me kisses every five minutes it seemed and I got treats without having to perform!! I even let the cats come really close to me without chasing them. Then I pretended like I had to go potty. One mommy took me outside and I grabbed my squeaky ball! WOO HOO Let's play!!! Mommy took away my ball and we had to go back inside. She told me that I wasn't supposed to play for ten days.

Later on, Henry wouldn't stop touching his nose to mine and Maggs kept darting out in front of me. I couldn't stand it anymore and I started chasing them all around the house! The mommies got upset and tried to make me lay down. I didn't think it was fair that the kitties got to run around and I didn't, so when Toby went in the pantry I shut the door behind him. He didn't get to come out until this morning!! HAHAHAHA

Tonight when they get home from work, I think I will pretend to be groggy again. I'll keep you posted on if they buy it or not!!!
