Arrival Story:
We bought Buddy in a pet store when we lived in Maryland. We had just left our last duty station in Japan and we had to leave our cat in Los Angeles with my Best Friend until we found a place that allowed pets. It took about 6 months to finally get settled in. But the whole time, I felt lonely... so I asked my Hubby if we could get a dog. He said yes, so we went hunting one down at the pet store. I remember I walked down the aisle of dogs...some were awake and barking as if telling me, "Pick me! Pick me! Take me home with you!" But not one got my attention... except for one particular one. One lazy bum that was asleep way in the back of his kennel. He looked soooooooo cute! I told the guy working there, "Please wake him up! I want to see him and hold him." He said, "Sure!" So he took him out, and I held him. He was only like 2-4 months old... he was ADORABLE! He fit in my hand! So as soon as I picked him up, he leaned into my chest like a baby... and didn't want me to pull him away... that's when we BONDED! I knew I had to have him! It was just like, instantenous chemistry! I knew he had to be mine and he knew I had to be his Momma! So we asked them to put him on hold for us and we got him the next day..!

Bio:
Buddy was the runt of his litter... that's why they "supposedly" got rid of him... I dunno but I just know he's the best dog EVER! I love him to DEATH! You can see a video of Buddy here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=8jPzkZr ONxg
