Arrival Story:
I found Lolah when driving on a street that I had been on just a few times before.The car ahead of me pulled to the side and honked it's horn, I saw this large brown head raise up, the eyes absolutely deadened. The first car drove away and I stopped. She was in a ditch, covered in ticks, about 35 lbs and there was no skin on her nose, nostrils or paws~She was a bloody mess! I wiped the ticks I could get off of her and took a blanket from my trunk to spread on the back seat. She was sitting very carefully watching me the whole time. I said to her, "Get in the backseat, your rough life is over." She actually started to get in the car but was too weak. I helped lift her and we drove home. My (veterinarian examined her and asked me to hold her while she drew bloods. The surprise was on us as Lolah sat there and held her paw up and out all on her own. She never flinched~ Today Lolah is 105lbs, a big, gorgeous copper beauty with a dispostion that would make any human blush! She is spayed, tagged, licensed, vaccinated and microchipped. I never, ever want to lose her~! I have NEVER seen her behave aggressively toward my three other dogs and she is a big help to me in socializing my pit bull puppy! I simply could not love her anymore than I do!

Bio:
Lolah lives with her 3 'sisters' Avarie, Suhmr and Willow, numerous cats (her favourite is Jakhob) in a house with a brook alongside of it, and where her every need and want is met.
