Arrival Story:
I was abandoned on the street by my first owners. It was pretty scary, there were big noisy cars, flies bit all the fur off my ears, and there were other dogs who were mean to me so I had to show them who was boss. Eventually I was captured and imprisoned in a big scary place called the pound. There were lots of other dogs there who were always barking, but I kept quiet. I was getting really lonely when one day a nice boy came and said he was interested in me. I got really excited, I howled and jumped and ran around. I must have done something right, because soon he adopted me and took me home to a house with a big yard where I could run around all I wanted. He took me on lots of hikes, and helped me to get along with other dogs. And just when I thought I couldn't get any luckier he took me to another house that had snow! I ran and frolicked, rolling in the snow and tossing it into the air with my nose. It was then that I knew that I was going to live happily ever after.
