Arrival Story:
My husband's brother had a chocolate lab and a yellow lab that they bred. Out came these 7 blacker than black puppies. They found homes easily for all the girls, but were having problems with the boys. They offered to give us one of them since they knew we'd give him a good home. I got pretty attached to Hemi when we were up visiting one weekend with his big ol' puppy dog eyes and his laid back attitude so he's the one we chose. We've had him since July 29, 2005!

Bio:
Pooper still doesn't care much for him, but he is much more tolerable. Hemi has mellowed out a LOT since he was a puppy. He's still pretty rambunctious, but he listens a LOT better. We really enjoy having him around! :) Hemi also enjoys his new little brother, Bear!
