When I first started looking for a puppy. I knew I wanted it to be a dog that would be good at agility. So I looked at dogs like Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, etc. Then, I researched all the breeds and decided I wanted an Aussie. So, in February 2005 I looked around at Colorado breeders, and they either had no puppies or were way too expensive. So then our friend, who is an aussie breeder found these puppies in Misouri. I just fell in love and had to have one. I put down my deposit and had first pick of the girls
After, tons of pictures, videos, emails, etc. I decided on this absoulutly gorgeous blue merle female (not Skye) who looked like 2 different dogs on each side of her body. She was just amazingly pretty.
When we went to pick up the puppy, I saw the little pup I had picked out and she was just so pretty and I was very excited! But after I got her out and played with her, she wasn't very outgoing. She was vrey timid, afraid of toys and just not at all what I was looking for. So I looked at the other pups because there were some left available. And I picked out Skye! Who is dominent, energetic, very high energy. Pretty much like a Border Collie!!
Now, she is just what I wanted her to be. An awsome agility dog, but most of all, my best friend. So, she had an exciting journey from MO to CO in 2 days and then to have a future in agility. She'll be an agility champ so watch for her to be on TV!

Wow has it been awhile since we've been on Dogster! Welp, we've got some updates for yalls. I am know an adult, I am 1. I haven't seen Ozzy in awhile, not sure what she's up to...? But, I now know all the agility equipment. I am taking 4 classes a week. I am on my second intermediate class. And... Big news *drum roll* my mom and I are entered in our FIRST agility trial! YAY! I can't wait. It will be nuthin for me, but not sure about mama. Well, I gtg mom need the puter. ttyal!

So, as some of you know, I have a best doggie friend, Ozzy. She is a Red Tri Mini Aussie. She does agility and obedience with me. I went to my mommy's trainers house yesterday with Ozzy and we had a blast! We were playin' on the agility equipment, then like 20 dogs showed up! I had no clue what in the world was goin' on! I wanted to go go go meet them, but mommy wouldn't let me. I did manage to get out and meet a border collie puppy though! Then after that Ozzy had to go home and so did I. But my mommy and Ozzy's mommy went somewheres, I don't know where though. Well, I got to go because mom is calling!
