One early morning in March,my owner(Kathy) when on a trip to the mall or that's what her mom said.So she went to the mall thinking Yay im going to the mall were going to have so much fun she was also with her grandma. So far two hours pasted in the car so Kathy said why is it takeing soo long to get there her mom said because me and grandma changed our mind we are going to a far away place to get some rare pretty flowers that ur grandma wants so I waited in the car two more hours that we finally stoped. We were right in front of a farm Kathy started crying and saying that she was made and did not want to go to the farm. But then she started to hear some dogs barking and then she saw a lady with lots of dogs coming to the car and then she asked my grandma are u here to get the golden retriver female and right then and there I knew I was going to get my very first puppy!I went inside the farm and saw Kelly and got I knew I would love her forever. After that we went in the car with me sleeping in Kathy's arms then we the car stoped right in front of publix to get some dog food for me well dogs were not allowed the man said so me and Kathy and her grandma had yo wait outside I was in a stroller so as people went out of the store people said I was soo cute and wanted to pet me.After that we went home Kathy's dad was mad because he thought that we would get a small dog but after a few mins. he loved me.So the nexted day my and Kathy toke me on my first walk on lincon rood to the dog bar to get me my first coller and leash then I went on a walk it was soo hot I went into one of the stores(well its miami did u think it was cold) and I by mistake pee in one of the stores!:D

My Poem

Sorrow fills a barren space;
you close your eyes and see my face
and think of times I made you laugh,
the love we shared, the bond we had,
the special way I needed you -
the friendship shared by just we two.

The day's too quiet, the world seems older,
the wind blows now a little colder.
You gaze into the empty air
and look for me, but I'm not there -
I'm in heaven and I watch you,
and I see the world around you too.

I see little souls wearing fur,
souls who bark and souls who purr
born unwanted and unloved -
I see all this and more above -
I watch them suffer, I see them cry,
I see them lost, I watch them die.
I see unwanted thousands born -
and when they die, nobody mourns.

These little souls wearing fur
(Some who bark and some who purr)
are castaways who - unlike me -
will never know love or security.
A few short months they starve and roam,
Or caged in shelters - nobody takes home.
They're special too (furballs of pleasure),
filled with love and each one, a treasure.

My pain and suffering came to an end,
so don't cry for me, my person, my friend.
But think of the living -
those souls with fur
(some who bark and some who purr) -
And though our bond can't be broken apart,
make room for another in your home and
your heart......
