My 3rd Woofday

Well today was my 3 rd Woofday!! Mom still has a hard time dealing with the fact I only had one woofday with her... I hope she knows I am with her everyday. Well, today was special!!! Mom sent me some balloons to the Bridge but they almost got caught in trees hehehe Then mommy recieved the sweetest gift in the mail in honor of me and my woofday from our dear new friends Penny(595288) and her mom. Thank you Penny and Mom!!!!! Check out my pics and videos of the balloons and the angel.
THEN..... I had a big day with all my pals.... my Rainbow Bridge pals and my MPMM pals. They sent me tons of rosettes and stars ! Rainbow Bridge Angel Babies threw me a surprise pawty with steaks and dogaritas and angel food cake. YUMMY!! My MPMM pals made me a special thread too full of happy wishes and I even got a couple cheese cubes ... MPMM is known for their pawties and cheese cubes hehehe But most importantly all this was shared with my friends!!!

I could not have asked for a better woofday than this!! You all have made is absolutely wonderful and I want you to know that I love you all from the bottom of my heart. Mommy also wants you to know she appreciates all of your friendships and kind words and understanding!!

And to top things off, Raven (575527) has written me another poem ... one for my woofday. I must share it with all of you ........... Thank you Raven and Mom

A Poem Dedicated to Me

This is a poem dedicated to me by Raven. It is part of a poetry contest in Rainbow Bridge Angel Babies. We are writing poems about another member and dedicating it to them. I am so honored by it that I had to share it with the Dogster world. It made my mommy cry !! But crying is okay.... a good cry is needed once in a while. Hope you all enjoy it !!!

I asked for one more day.
Time enough to to hug, and cuddle once more.

To walk in your favored places.

To be able to to show how much I love you.

To play with you and your toys.

Mommy missed it ....

I got picked for 'Todays Pick' in Diary Central and mommy missed it. She is a little upset right now. She hasnt been online for a couple days cause she doesnt feel good ... she has a cold. I wish I could take jump from Rainbow Bridge and comfort her. It looks like Cashew and Blackie dont quite understand that she doesnt feel good cause they have been romping around her as usual.
And a Big Thank you to Daisy for giving me a rosette for being in the Diary Central.

My time was short here but what a good life I had. My mom and dad were the greatest. They were so good to me. I got to go for long walks all the time. I got to play ball and boy did I love my squeaky toys. My favorite one was this green blob thingy that my human aunt got me for Easter. I squeaked it for hours when I got it home. I even tore it up alittle so my mommy had to buy me a new one similar. I played with my brother kitty Hermie, I beat him up alot of the time. He showed my how to fight ....... lol..... like a kitty !!! Then I got to play with my foster brothers and sisters till they all got new homes, but Blackie got to stay with me. We played alot too. He was getting much bigger than me but I could still take him. I slept with mommy most of the time (I even peed in her bed when I first came home hehehe) but I slept with daddy too. They always made sure I had good treats like Pedigree Marrowbones.... uuuummmm yummy!! Mommy would take me for car rides too but I couldnt go for very long or I would get sick ... YUCK! One time she took me to the park and since I was so good, we stopped and got ice cream cones. What a treat that was!! I got to go to my Grandmas too. WHew she had a lot of doggies. They were fun though. I would wear myself out playing so much. I liked to play chase .... I liked being chased. Everytime Daddy would chase me though, I had to get a toy so it seemed liked he was chasing me to get my toy. I was fast. If I got out without my leash, you better look out. Get your running shoes ...hahahaha. I made mommy and daddy chase me a few too many times. I had fun but I dont think they enjoyed themselves. I also liked it when they would take me out on the porch and I got to lay in the warm sun or dig holes. Wow I got to do alot in my 1 yr. I am going to miss everyone and I know mommy, daddy, Hermie and Blackie will miss me too. I will be here waiting on them. With all my love to them !!!
