Arrival Story:
One day my former roommated decided she wanted to adopt a dog. So we went to the pound - she fell in love with him, but I could tell he had a lot of issues. Max was very skinny, covered in ticks and terrified - he was 'pancaked' to the floor for the first three days. My roommate was never around, so I took over his care. That was almost 5 years ago - he still has all kinds of issues and I'm sure he always will!

Bio:
Max is not very much like a dog at all! He doesn't play much and he doesn't ask for affection or anything like that. Basically he just wants for me to be a home and he's happy.
