Arrival Story:
Lady was chosen in 1994 from Woods humane society in San Luis Obispo. Her 3rd time there. She was a birthday present to myself.

Bio:
We saved her !!! It was her 3rd time at bat in the shelter and had been there for months. At the time(1994) she was 7 and had been given to the shelter numerous times for lame reasons like" we had to move" or she didn't get along with cats. All lies. We have had lots of cats and she loves them all. She is a true border collie at heart, before she got to old to keep up with the rest of the dogs at the park, she would heard them by running circles around them. Now she just trots along side the other dogs. At 17+ years old she is doing pretty well. She has rectal cancer and has had part of it removed but still is doing very well. A fine, Fine dog, and Duncan's best friend. On June 2nd 2004 Lady was put to rest. She lived a long long life she was happy and were glad we could give her a better life than the first part was for her. She was my LITTLE OLD LADY. WE LOVE YOU !!!
