Charlie loves to talk when he plays. He doesn't bark, but just mumbles. He loves to dig in all furniture, especially a bed.
Charlies hates to be in a cage and he hates when Mommy leaves him. Charlie hates for his feet to be messed with.
Charlie loved his rubber basketball, but he dropped it off his balcony and it hasn't been found again. His rope and ball toy is starting to take the place of his basketball.
Charlie loves bananas, Honey Nut Cheerios, and bones!
Charlie loves to go on walks around the apartment complex. He loves to jump up the tress with his sister,Mia, and bark at squirrels. He is becoming such big boy and not having to wear his leash at all times.
Charlie's best trick would have to be to roll over. He will roll over numerous times until he gets his treat. He learns every trick within a few minutes. He is such an intelligent little boy.
I had my little girl Mia and wanted to have a little brother for her. I started researching online for a Yorkie Rescue Foundation my local area. I found an email address for a lady that took in Yorkies. She wrote me back and said she didn't have any at the time but to try her again after the first of the year. I tried her again in March and the same day I emailed her, she received an email of a dog that needed to be rescued. When I finally went and picked up Charlie, he had just been "fixed". Everyone in my family thought I was crazy for adopting him because he hadn't been disciplined and left alone a lot. He wouldn't even look me in the eyes or would let me hold him. I knew in my heart that all he needed was a Mommy and lots of love. A few months later he started to trust me and now just melts for his Mommy. He is such a smart dog and so affectionate. He has come such a long way and his Mommy loves him so much! I wouldn't change it for the world! Now, everyone in my family adores that little Brown, Brown.
Charlie is one of the prime examples that getting a rescue dog or adopting a dog can lead to such a wonderful thing. It takes patience, but its worth the time and effort. Once Charlie realized I was going to be his Mommy, he completely changed his whole personality. It was like he knew I rescued him and he is so greatful.
