My beloved Wally crossed the rainbow bridge today to join his friends waiting for him. Just this side of Heaven is a place called the Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here on earth, that pet goes to the Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all our special friends, so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water, and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; his eager body quivers. Suddenly, he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress that beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life, but never absent from your heart. Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together... Author Unknown

I'm starting to have more problems related to my congestive heart failure. I have started getting more fluid on my lungs but the good vet in Calgary was able to give me enough medicine to cause it to go away. I'm having more trouble doing exercise, i get winded very easily. The stairs take a lot out of me.
My mom is getting very sad because she doesn't know how fast this disease might take me away from her. I was doing well for so long so now that more problems are creeping up its very hard. My kids are giving me extra hugs everyday so I know how much I am loved. I hope that when it is my time to go, it just happens while I sleep to take some of the hurt away from my family. Love Wally.

Well its now well in to February and i am still trucking along. These meds they have me on are letting me keep my lifestyle i'm used to. I am starting to cough a bit more but since i can still so all the stuff i'm used to doing ,i don't mind.
We haven't had much snow this winter so i haven't been able to go out and roll. I love rolling in the snow but this year has been unlike any other year. I've never seen it with no snow on the ground that stays ever before.
I hope all my friends are keeping well.

Well its getting near to the end of October, and i'm still feeling fine. I got a wonderful new squeaky toy that i love to have thrown for me. I still go for some offleash walks at the river, just can't go as far. I can't wait for the snow, i love rolling it. You'll be hearing more from me soon.
