Likes:
I love snow, swimming, long off leash walks, the word PARK, weekends, squirrel and kong chasing, lounging by the fireplace, sleeping 'in the middle under the covers', bear bites, trips to the pet store, and that squeaky clean feeling I get after a bath.

Pet-Peeves:
Watching other dogs going to the park from my front window while my parents are at work. Coming home from the park. Encounters with the neighborhood skunk.

Favorite Toy:
My KONG with the rope is the best and I can fetch it for hours!

Favorite Food:
Chicken, Peanut Butter - Yum Yum!

Favorite Walk:
I'm a regular at my park in Toronto, and I love going to the ravine for big romps!

Arrival Story:
Mommy said the story goes something like this: A crazy, giant puppy (me!) stole their hearts during a visit to the Toronto Humane Society. After a night of family deliberation over the pros and cons of bringing such a big boy home, they were deadlocked - two determined to get me (Mommy and Daddy) and two most definitely against me (the felines in residence, Trout and Lili). Fortunately our household is more of a benevolent dictatorship than a democracy, so Mommy and Daddy pulled rank and raced off the next day to fetch me. Much stalking, sniffing, chasing, hissing, spitting and swatting ensued, but eventually those cats realized I just wanted to play with them and now we're all one big happy family!

Bio:
I was six months old when they adopted me – they say I was all ears, paws and ridiculous long legs back then! I was a clumsy boy and this led to a few injuries: broken toes on my right front and back left paws to name a few. Some orthopedic surgery fixed that up, and with my new bionic feet I was almost as good as new. But I spent nearly six months indoors while my toes mended, only allowed outside to pee and for those too-frequent trips to the vet. I was very sad during this period, and I didn’t understand why I couldn’t romp and play with my friends. But Mommy and Daddy taught me lots of neat tricks to help pass the time, and Trout and Lili kept me company too. I also learned over 100 words, and they say I’m the smartest dog in town! Like most of the dogs on DOGSTER, I’m really, really spoiled. I sleep in the bed, and I get lots of treats, and I have tons of toys. I get snuggled and loved all the time, and I give back as much as I get! I'm a happy-go-lucky guy, and I'm really looking forward to making lots of new friends here. Woof!
