Arrival Story:
My sister rescued a very young yellow dog from down south that was emaciated and very shy. After a lot of love, food and a few weeks she gave birth to 8 bouncing babies, kept 2, gave me my baby and reluctantly found great homes for the others. One is now a service dog. 1/14/2008 Winnie has passed over the Rainbow Bridge. She had been struggling with epilepsy since she was 6 months old and it became unmanageable over the last few months. We miss her so much, she was truly a wonderful friend.
