She likes to walk everywhere, but especially enjoys grass. She really likes to explore other people's yards!

Arrival Story:
While I was in graduate school I briefly dated Marcy's Dad. Even though I liked him, Marcy quickly became the primary object of my affection, as I often took care of her when Dad went out of town. He and I differed in how we thought she should be treated. (He didn't own a leash, fed her pancakes and chocolate chip cookies, and let her out of the house unsupervised). Eventually I began to take care of her during the week and Dad had her on the weekends. After a bit of wrangling, I was lucky enough to be able to have Marcy all to myself. I'm still grateful to her Dad for letting me adopt her!

Marcy is the most loving creature I have ever known on this earth. She is always happy, generous, concerned, and always glad to see me. She inspires me to appreciate how amazing life is, because she loves to walk, eat, sniff and enjoys every aspect of her existence (with the minor exception of baths). She is sublime.
