Arrival Story:
Deacon is a chocolate merle American Cocker Spaniel. He belonged to someone in Pensacola Florida who wanted to get rid of him. A cocker group I belong to raised money to have him neutered, bought a crate and flew him up here to Canada. My Mom lived with me. She knew he was coming but she fell and broke her hip 4 days before he arrived. Mom died at the age of 93 on Nov. 30th, 2004. Deacon has made life bearable for me. He has certainly got the gofiest expressions on his face and can make you laugh anytime. He sleeps above my head on my pillow.

Bio:
I am a choclate merle which means I have white and chocolate flowing through my fur. I also like nost merles have one blue eye. I am a very handsome unique fella if I do say so myself. I am only 2 weeks younger than my brother Tynan but we get along very well. Unfortunately I am a whinner and no seems to know how to stop this. I only whine when Maureen is in the house but I can't be with her. I do not whine when she goes shopping or to work. Go figure!!
