Arrival Story:
I adopted Zach in August of 2003. He was an excellent dog; extremely affectionate and very spunky. Unfortunately, he liked to run away. No matter what I did, he would always find some way to escape. I would take him on walks every day, but it still wasn't the kind of exercise he needed. What he needed was a safe, secure fence, which I didn't have and couldn't get. After 6 long months of trying to retrain him, I made the decision to rehome him.

Bio:
Zach now has a wonderful family, including his parents, his own kitty, and an older brother named Badger. He even has his own fence too! I still miss my baby boy very much though. In the 2nd picture, he isn't actually bearing his teeth. He was a friendly boy and would never do that. Sometimes his floppy lips would get stuck on his teeth though. :) The last two pictures are of Zach and his new brother, Badger. They are very much alike.
