Likes:
I like to eat, especially treats! I like to chase my cat siblings around the house, and to do my job guarding the house from strangers. I like tummy rubs, and sleeping under the blankets.
Pet-Peeves:
I hate cold weather. Since my job is to guard us, I don't like strangers. At all. I bite their pants legs if they try to come in. That's my job. I don't like thunder, fireworks, trash collectors, or when the cats gang up on me.
Favorite Toy:
My purple talking ball is best--it meows like a cat and says "here, kitty, kitty". Loud. But sometimes Mom puts it on top of the fridge. I don't know why. I also like Mr.Reindeer even though I tore off one of his arms.
Favorite Food:
I love food. All food is good food. Garbage is nice, too, and that rotty stuff on top of the hill outside, and bugs, and...well, food is just good.
Favorite Walk:
My new neighborhood is great for walking! Lots of doggies everywhere.
Best Tricks:
I can sit! When I'm told. Mostly. I had to take obedience class twice and still didn't really pass. I'm sweet and strong and do my job but I'm not really very smart. I can't help it and I try my best, but smart's not everything.
Arrival Story:
I was born in a trailer in rural North Carolina; I was eight weeks when Mom came and got me. I'd been living with a woman who got sick and had to bring me back to the trailer and my brothers and sisters were all gone but another litter was there, younger. Mom chose me! I got a second chance and I'm so glad. I'm a real happy dog.
Bio:
I can jump! At my old kennel they called me "Air Zoe" because I could jump so high and I bumped my head on the crate. I can jump up and see on top of counters! I learn new things slowly--took me three months to figure out how to work the doggie & cat door! Those cats just went in and out and in and out and I was amazed...it looked like they went right through the door. Dad pushed me through real easy, and then back, but I just couldn't figure it out for a long time. I've got it now!! And I can steal food off the table by distracting Mom and Dad to look at something else. The cats taught me that!

I had a great 14th birthday this week! Lots of wonderful greetings and gifties from my Dogster friends---thanks so much, everydoggie! My pawrents came home from vacation to celebrate with me, and my hooman grandma has been spoiling me all week. It's a great life for a little old dog...
