food...any food, belly rubs, ear rubs (not too hard, though, please.) kisses, car rides. as long as she is near us, she's a happy girl. she's also a great fly-cathcher.
Pet-Peeves:
she gets mopey when she thinks she hasn't had enough attention, and she hates being asked to move from in front of the kitchen sink or refrigerator (her favorite places to lay when i'm cooking!)
Favorite Toy:
rawhide bones. she's nawed her teeth down to nubs on those things!
Favorite Food:
any food will do...onions, tomatoes, cat poop, cheese, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches (her fave!) more cat poop (a close 2nd) anything with meat in it

Arrival Story:
we'd gone to the spca looking for a puppy, but they had none the day we found rosie. on our way out i wanted to just look at the big dogs. she was in the very last cage...so sweet and just dying for some love. we took her into the visiting room where she promptly peed all over everything. i knew then that it was true love...we'd found the dog for us!
Bio:
rosie was 7 mos old when we brought her home. she didn't know how to play, and she was terrified of men. we slathered her with love, and she eventually came around. she's so very sweet, loving and present. she's nearly 11 now and the years are showing on her, but she takes her time at everything she does, doesn't seem to mind that she can't keep up with the youngsters, and gives us her whole heart every single day.
