railroad tracks in town...down to the lake or at the pond in the country

Arrival Story:
luke was the loner pup of the litter and he was standing off to the side when he was picked to come home and live with us. it was like he knew that his ride had come.

Bio:
luke always left a little of his dog food in his pan for any stray who might come along and need a meal. if no one ate it, he would finish it off before being fed again. more than once he 'mothered' lost puppies until we could find them a home. he even gave his dog house to a stray mommy dog when it was time for her to have her pups. luke passed away in 1999 from natural causes. he was the best friend and companion the entire time. he is missed today and forever.
