UPDATE 7.16.2005: Bambi's been adopted and is now answering to the completely appropriate name of "Goofy". Her new people fell in love with her affectionate and intelligent nature, a hallmark of the Catahoula breed. Thank you, Jess and David! We miss her, but know she's got a great home with y'all.
Bambi was abandoned in the backyard of a rent house in Texas. When her Good Samaritan found her, she had no food, a quarter inch of mossy green water and was barely hanging on. Lone Star Catahoula Rescue took this darling girl in and now she's looking for her forever home. Bambi is highly intelligent, playful, affectionate, assertive and sassy!
