like so many of us, pepin was a true diamond in the rough. he was "rescued" from his checkered past in rural virginia to realize his true calling as a cultured urban hound.

please do not address pepin as "peppy" or attempt to pick him up if you don't know him. do not ask him if he is "sure" he's a chihuahua. do not tell him he is too small to cause mayhem. you will regret it.
