8/16/05, Sad news

Eli is gone, peacefully asleep on 8/13/05. We ache for his family. Please honor his memory in "forums" and also leave him a bone.

friday, 7/15/05

yikes, last night a close call..my sister roxie attacked, WITHOUT provocation i might add...her jack russell terrier aggressiveness gets the better of her and look out when she lashes out...mom and dad keep trying to work on that, and mom worries about me..i am such a good guy, love to play with all, and roxie gets jealous something fierce...well, she's walking a thin line around here, because i overheard mom and dad sayinig she was headed for the outdoor kennel where buster (my bulldog big brother) stays...HAH! and good for her then...i'll have everyone to myself at bedtime...nasty, muggy day and mom thought a big storm would break, so we all got dosed with our 1/2 tablets of sedatives, since storms make us all upset...but the storm didn't come...rats, that means i'll probably have a hangover tomorrow morning!

WOW, so many bones left for me, so little time to chew them all....another busy morning watching out the sliding glass door...the nasty squirrels were raiding our bird feeders again, mom hates that, she tries to shoo them away with the hose...the 2 baby bunnies came out of their hutch under the evergreen and were playing tag with the chipmunks...i'd love to join in, but don't know enough to stay in my own yard, so mom refuses to let me!
