Arrival Story:
My oldest son wanted a puppy. So we went to a local pound/shelter to see what they had. Cookie was about 6 wks old when we got her. There were about 5 or so pups in the litter, and she was the cutest. :-) VERY shy (all she would do was just sit there cowering) but we figured she'd come out of it once she got home and settled in. She did become more playful. But still, to this day, cowers when anyone tries to pet her. We've tried everything we could think of to help her, but alas, she's just timid.

Bio:
We saw the mom at the shelter, and she was just a little smooth coated Terrier mix. But I would swear dad was a Corgi. LOL She has these little short legs, LONG body, and a really thick coat of fur during the winter. "I love my kids. Especially the big one. He's mine, I love him, and he loves me. *Wish I had a picture of him, but I could only find one of his brother.* He takes me for walks up and down our street, and calls me Cook-Cook, which I really like."
