He had no tags and there were no missing posters around. He looked like he was malnourished, was walking with a limp and had most of the hair off his ears missing. We held on to him since she said she was not able to bring him home because of her own dogs. At this time we only had one black lab at home. We held on to him till after the holiday when the animal shelter opened and brought him there.
