Arrival Story:
As a 6-7 month old stray-baby, he approached a friend of mine at his job-site in Jackson Heights, Queens (hence the name) and "asked" for some of his lunch. Because he was a nice guy, and Jackson was so unbelievably cute, he took him home and brought him to my house for a visit. I was sick in bed and Jackson barreled into my apartment, jumped in bed with me and licked my face like a mad-man - I said to my friend "you have to give me this dog!" He got along beautifully with my cat so it was a done deal. We have been blissfully happy for 10 years.
