Arrival Story:
I wanted a dog to be inside with me. A constant companion to love and share our home with. I read about all the breeds and decided that a Whippet was for me! I was fortunate enough to find Deann who has Chelsea Whippets. I contacted her and asked if she had any puppies available. She said she did not, but, I could come and meet her Whippets and we could get to know each other for future reference. When I arrived I saw several of the most beautiful, elegant Whippets I had ever seen. But, there was one little girl who befriended me right away. All the others were jumping everywhere like little monkeys except for one small girl who was content to stay on my lap or by my side. In those few moments she stole my heart. Deann asked if I would like to have her. Ofcourse I said YES! So, that is how I became Little Sensitive Tira's Mom. Deann intrusted Tira to me and I will be forever grateful to her for introducing me to this wonderful breed. I have to thank her husband Lee also. Tira owned his heart too! I never considered myself a lucky person until that day. My life was changed forever by one little dog and two very kind Whippet Breeders.

Bio:
Tira is elegance and grace. Watching her run takes my breath away. She is loyal and loving. I am very fortunate to be her Human. Tira is my first born Whippet and my heart. This little girl endears herself to all she meets with her quite manner and wagging tail. Because she is loved so very much to say she is spoiled and the boss of EVERYONE, is an understatement. She crate trained her baby sister AKA THE MONSTER in one night. The Queen needs her beauty sleep and was not going to have the new baby interupting it!. Tira loves to go for walks and smell all the flowers. I could go on but, could not do this little girl justice. Just one look in her eyes would tell you more than I could ever write about her gentle and loving nature.

I love all of my pup pals!! But, lets see three favs... OK

Elvis, I love that he appreciates my attention getting skills. I love how much he loves his human brother. But, most of all I LOVE that he is a BRAVE guy to take on one of the MONSTERS as a BABY sister!! If you need help training her just give me a shout! I have trained one MONSTER (Tiffany) already...

Kaley, I love Kaley because she was a rescue who was mistreated and am so happy she found a wonderful forever home. I LOVE Haleys hat!! Ofcourse what is not to love about perfecting the "DIVA" in us all....

Anubis, OK what is not to love about this handsome bad boy!! I love those ears!! WOO WEE !! OOH and the smooth fur!! LOVE IT!!
