Arrival Story:
My heart was breaking when my previous dog, Smokey who was 16 years old, was starting to fail. That dog was my best friend, living through a rotten marriage of 9.5 years and an interesting dating life of 8 years. (He showed up 1.5 into the seesaw union). I couldn't face life alone so I decided to buy two pups, groom them into show dogs and travel throughout the US with them. I choose an Irish Water Spaniel and another Standard Poodle. Farley arrived first and the other pup would be ready to come home in 8 weeks. I had a blind date that changed everything. I knew I would marry the guy and I wouldn't be able to travel like I thought I wanted, so I gave up the Spaniel and choose the man. He is Farleys' best friend today.

Bio:
Our beloved Farley left us on December 12th, 2008. He was a wonderful dog, full of life and love. 6 years ago we thought we lost him to bloat but he pulled through. We were told that he would have a couple more years. He fooled everyone until a stroke took him. No animal can replace him. He will forever be in our hearts. We love you Farley!
