Any and all dogs (especially Chloe - his Golden Retreiver Girlfriend), people, playing tug, chewing on bully sticks, keeping track of mommy (he likes to be in the same room with mom or else he will sit outside the door and wait- even by the shower door!)

Pet-Peeves:
He doesn't like being alone or having his legs/feet brushed.... however, "tolerates" both pretty well actually!

Favorite Toy:
Anything.........as long as you are playing WITH him (esp. puppets!)

Favorite Food:
Eats Solid Gold dog food - but loves any type of meat, carrots, green beans and popcorn!

Favorite Walk:
Along the waterfront meeting other dogs and people.

Best Tricks:
Stand/Dance on hind legs, Stand and "wave". Knows sit and down but definately NOT "come"!! Okay, he KNOWS what "come" means, he just only obeys when he feels like it! ;-)

Arrival Story:
We always wanted a pet for the family, but mom has bad allergies to most animals (esp dogs and cats). One day a friend told us about this "hypo-allergenic" breed. After a couple of years of research and talking to other dog owners w/allergies, we finally picked up our little fluffball from a small breeder in Canada. He has been our son's "little brother" and has turned mom into CDL (Crazy Dog Lady!) ever since. Dad wanted a more "substantial" dog (i.e. Great Dane), but now willingly admits that Max is his little buddy! We couldn't imagine our family without him!

Bio:
Max is a sweet and funny character and goes with us pretty much everywhere and anywhere pets are allowed. He does the "Bichon Blitz" to show off or expend pent up energy! He has a wonderful disposition and is extremely patient and calm when he needs to be. However, he will greet you with such joyous, unbridled enthusiasm whether you've been gone all day or for just 5 minutes!! He loves car rides (i.e. being with us) and looks quite handsome in his doggie car seat - so he can look out the window and catch sight of his favorite thing, other dogs.
