its been such as long time

Well guys, its been a while. Lots of things have changed. My mommy finished school and isn't working yet- i love having her home ALL the time!! I get to play go on 3 or 4walkies a day, and I get my belly rubbed. Today I got to meet my cousin Holly at the dg park and we have a really good time!!

Daddy's on Vacation!

I love Dad being on vacation!! Its the best thing since like dog treats! I get to go to his house when Mommy's at work and I get to play. We went to the dog park for 2 hours! Well...actually I wouldn't let Daddy catch me so we could go home, and that is why we were at the dog park for so long. Dad was pretty mad at me, but he got over it. And since Dad has been on vacation, he has been coming over to my house more! We go on walkies, we play and he evern bought me a new toy!! I was so good too...I killed it and left the stuffing all over the living room so he would be proud of me. He also got me new bones to chew- they are pretty good, but Mom limits the number he can give me in a day. I know- she is kinda strict sometimes. Later this week I get to spend the weekend with my grandpa and grandma! That is going to be GREAT!! Talk about a good time... I will get Cheerios in the morning for breakfast (hand fed by grandma of course) and then hopefully some steak and hot dogs. My Uncle Danny will be done with school so he better take me outside and play with me! I bet I get to go on walkies to the lake too!!! Oh boy I can't wait!!!

So tired

Wow I am tired today. Mom had a test, so she took me on a walk this morning and then went to school..and then I conned Erica into playing with AND talking me for a walk! Whoo-hoo!! THen mom got home early from school, and Erica was gone...so she didn't know that I had just been on a walk...so Mom took me on another walkie!!! That is 3 walks, plus some awesome play time today. I rule. I hope they do that again soon! Well its off to bed...I am tired now! Gnight!

I can't wait until Dec 7th

Man, I can't wait till next month! My mom will be done with school for a while, and she will get to spend more time with me. She has been really stressed out. I try and make her feel better by putting my head on her lap, but I think she is still really wound up. After she is done with school, I will get to go on more walkies and play with her and Dad even more. I can't wait!

Daddy was here today! And we played and played. I like playing with him cause he lets me REALLY play with him, he gets on the floor and growls back at me when I growl at him. Its really fun. I like having my dad here. I wish he didn't have to work so much, cause then we could play more. Yesterday I almost broke the window at Grandma's house...there was this pesky squirrel that was jsut sitting there, staring at me. He wouldn't go away, so I started to claw at the window. Mommy yelled at me, so I had to stop, but I really wanted to get him! I could have too, he was really slow...but mommy wouldn't let me run around in the front yard either, just the backyard, Something about getting hit by cars or something.
I miss my girlfriend. Mommay has to work a lot this week and has tests, so I don't know if I will get to see her. I think her mommy and daddy are gone this week. They got married this past weekend. I am very happy that Dumplin' now has a mommy and daddy that will be together forever. I was thinking that maybe I should ask Dumplin' if we were going to be together forever (even though we will live in different states) but I don't want to freak her out just yet- we did just start being boyfriend and girlfriend!! Chow!

I have a girlfriend now...her name is Dumplin'...you can see pictures of her, we are linked as friends. I wish we could he linked as boyfriend/girlfriend so that no one else tries to hit on her!! She is SO beautiful! I had some much fun playing with her the other day. I went out swimming in the lake cause I wanted to show off for her. I really like it when she tries and gets me to play by biting my ears. We wrestled a little bit too...I had to go easy on her cause she is a girl. I can't wait to see her again! I love my Dumplin'!!!

I love my daddy

I got to spend SO much time at my daddy's this weekend! That is why I haven't updated in a while....Mom has been taking me over there a lot more, or Daddy has been here, and there is no way I am going to waste my percious daddy time typing on the computer. Mom and I went to Dad's on Thursday, but he wasn't there...I was so bummed. I looked everywhere for him...I thought maybe it was a fun game, but it wasn't. But after Mom lef tthe next day, Dad came home! He was really tired, and I think I kinda annoyed him cause I wouldn't let him go to sleep, but finally we both took a nap till mommy came home. Then Mom took me to the dog park! I was a bad dog though...I kinda went and played in the mud. Not a lot, just a little bit, but she was still mad. She so made me leave the dog park and we walked around a little bit and went home. I was tired, so I took a nap while Mom watched TV. Later, Daddy's other brother came over and I got to play with him a little bit! It was fun, but I was a little confused. Oh boy I am tired...I will have to finish this tomorrow. We did lots more stuff this weekend, but I will wait and tell you later. Chow!! (hehe, aren't I a clever dog!)

Busy Busy Doggie

I have been busy lately! My mommy has brought some of her friends over to play with me. Its very fun. Her friends like to play with me and pet me more then her. They never pet her! Poor mommy. That is why I have to cuddle with her...if not then NO ONE would, and that would be so sad! Thursday night I got to go to Daddy's house. He didn't take me to the park, but his floors are so nice and cool- he keeps his home very cold, so its really nice when its hot outside! Friday I stayed there all day while mommy was at work. I played with Daddy and went outside too. I got to take a really good nap afterwards to give me some energy for the Dog Park later! There were like 20 other dogs there, all playing and stuff! It was great, I had so much fun! There is a water fountain tehre that is just my height, and there is this thing that sprays my coat with cold water! I stayed there and played until I just couldn't play anymore, then went back to Dad's and took another great nap. When Mom and Dad got back, they had all this really good food with them, but they wouldn't give me any! I tried to look cute and sad, but they still didn't. Something about me getting sick or something like that. I will have to keep working on that "cute face" so next time I'll get some. (Although Dad did drop some chicken on the floor and I got it.) Well I better get off the comptuer because Mom has to do some homework. Its naptime for me again!

Dog days of summer....

Well my mom started working again. I am not quite sure if I like it or not yet. I like the time to sleep and rest, but after a few hours, I get lonely. I love it when my dad is off though...I get to go over to his place while Mom's at work and I get to do whatever I want. He lets me sleep wherever I want, I get to eat all sorts of good things (he always has hot dogs and sausages at his place) and sometimes I get to go to the Dog Park!! This week was pretty uneventful. Its been too hot to even go on good walkies! Mom and I walk for a little bit, and then I have to lead her back home cause its just too hot. I don't want her to get so hot that she gets sick, so I try and walk her back home after I think its been too long. I hope it starts cooling off soon. There are 2 parks near by that I can walk my mom to, so as soon as it cools off we are going to go all the time. Mom starts school this week, so that means that she won't be gone quite as much (although she will have homework to do at home) but I can get the perfect balance of getting my sleep and getting to play! I like it when Mom does homework though...she usually gives me a good bone to chew on. YUMMY! Ok well my mom is going to start her homework, so I need to finish this up...I get a bone and I get to sleep now. Yippee!!

What a great day!

Good morning! Today is going to be a great day! I am going to get up and go to the park and play, if its not too hot. But my mom doesn't have to work today, so she can play with me all day. I am hoping that she feeds me today- and I don't mean that dry boring stuff that she puts on in a bowl on the floor. I want the real stuff- the stuff I deserve. You see- I am actually a person. I am just trapped in this dog's body. Its ok- I really like it, and I can get great belly rubs, lick myself, and I only have to take baths once a month. But I know that I am really a person. People tell me that all the time! My dad calls me "Dog-Man" and he always lets me sit on the couch next to him and sleep in his bed and all that fun stuff. My grandma says I'm a person too- she feeds me people food ALL the time, so I like going over there. Its very fun and I can pretty much eat anything I want. My mom has been threatening to make me go to work...she has been watching the "Dogs with Jobs" show and is starting to get some horrible ideas! Also, she was watching the "Dog Whisperer" and he said something about how dog need jobs to be psychologically fulfilled or something like that! Can you believe that?!?!? Seriously, I am quite content going on my walks, laying around in the air conditioning, getting pet, and sleeping. See- you would think that is a great life for a dog...but people love that too! The only thing that makes me question my theory is my love for squirrels...for some reason, my mom HATES squirrels. Is this a person trait to hate this little critters? I am still debating that. Let me know your input so I can try and figure it out.
Well I need to get going so I can give my mom some exercise. That's a job isn't it? See, I have jobs that she doesn't even know about!
